How to Enroll
You will be notified when the conversion will take place where you will not have access to Bill Pay on a few select days. Don’t worry, you won’t have to set up your automatic payments again, but you will need to re-enroll into online or mobile banking. Enrollment in one automatically applies to the other.
Here’s how:
- Open online banking or the mobile app
- Click on enroll
- Accept terms and conditions
- Provide identification (date of birth, social security number and membership number)
- Create a new User ID
- Must be at least five characters (no spaces)
- Must include at least 1 number and 1 letter
- Not case sensitive
- No special characters
- Create a password
- Password must be between 8 to 30 characters in length
- Must include at least 1 number and 1 letter
- Special characters are permitted
- Set your contact preferences (email or phone number)
- You will be prompted to send a code to your contact preference
- Input code to verify
