“MYCOOP,” is the mobile text messaging service in which cardholders can text their location – address, intersection or zip code – to 692667 (MYCOOP) from any mobile phone. In less than a minute, the service replies with the CO-OP Network surcharge-free ATMs nearest the cardholder’s location. To find additional locations, the user simply replies with MORE. Since its launch in May, over 25,000 text messages have been sent and received by the 13,000 cardholders who used the service.
- Cardholders can still find a CO-OP Network surcharge-free ATM through the company’s online locator and voice locator 888-SITE-COOP.
