And you can do it wearing your slippers and favorite tee.
The Caro Mobile app is a secure way to quickly and easily access your Caro accounts. Mobile apps are available for iPhone and Android phones and your tablet of choice.
Online Banking
Enroll in Online Banking so you can access your account information on this app and add options like Bill Pay and eDeposit for even more convenience.
Once you download the app to your device and you’re enrolled in Online Banking, you are ready to enjoy all the features of Caro Mobile Banking, including:
- Deposit checks (iPhone and Android phone only)
- Check account balances and history
- Transfer money between Caro accounts
- Retrieve and view check images
- Use Credit Sense to find out what is hurting your credit score
- Pay companies or individuals through Bill Pay
BillPay
Speaking of BillPay, you’ll be assured that your electronic payments are reliable. With the CheckFree Guarantee, you know your payment will get where it’s supposed to go.
- PopMoney: You’ll now be able to transfer money to anyone, no matter where they bank!* All you need to know is their email address or mobile number.
- Same Day Payment: Some Billers let you make payments on the same day or the next business day*.
- Transfer Money: Do you have accounts at other financial institutions? Now you can transfer money between your Caro account, and accounts you may have at other financial institutions from right within your secure bill pay service!*.
To begin using the BillPay service please log into Online Banking and click the Bill tab in the menu bar.
To cancel this service, log into Online Banking and send us a secure message that you wish to cancel BillPay.
eDeposit
Caro has the solution for saving valuable time and gas money when you want to deposit checks to your account. When you download eDeposit to your iPhone or Android phone, you take advantage of a secure, easy way to deposit eligible checks anytime, anywhere. And that leaves more home time and less travel time.
- Just take a photo of the front and back of your check and include the following endorsement on the back of the check: Your signature
followed by “For Caro Mobile Deposit Only”. You’ll get a confirmation on your phone for each successful deposit. - eDeposit is a button within the new Caro Mobile Banking app.
Caro Smart Card
Protect your debit and credit card information by receiving alerts and setting where, when and how your cards are used all through your mobile device.

Apple Pay
