During these uncertain times, our small businesses are some of the hardest hit by this pandemic. We want to let you know that Caro cares about your business. We’re teaming up with the SBA to bring the Payment Protection Plan to our businesses in the Midlands. Here are some points of information that you need to know.

We’re here for you and encourage you to call for assistance with your individual needs.

As a friendly reminder, your Caro no-cost remote services are available 24-7 for all of your account needs.

  • Online and Mobile Banking – Access your accounts 24/7 to check balances, account history, make account transfers, apply for a loan, pay bills using Online Bill Pay, and locate a convenient ATM.
  • Mobile Deposit – Deposit checks anytime, anywhere through Mobile Banking (check our website here for eligibility information).
  • Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) – Access over 30,000 surcharge-free CO-OP ATMs when you use your Caro Debit Card. Use the ATM Locator service on our website here or in our Mobile Banking app. If you need to download the app, click here for iPhone and here for Android.
  • Give Us A Call – Call (803) 227-5555 to speak to a representative. Our convenient 24/7 NightWatch phone service can help you access your account information anytime, any day, (803) 227-5500.

Coronavirus Update

For precautionary measures, Caro has implemented the following control measures for the health and safety of our members and employees.  To minimize the risk of impact, our services are as follows:

The Rosewood Lobby is closed until further notice.

  • The Drive-Thru is open for business.
  • The Drive -Up ATM is open to accept Cash and Check deposits
  • The Night Depository is Available

The Pulaski office will remain closed until further notice.

  • All Drive-Up cash automated ATM’s will be available 24-7

As usual you can still access your account anytime through online banking and our mobile app
